Text fields can be inserted wherever in the document. These can be used to e.g. names, addresses, emails, etc.
a. Place your cursor anywhere in the document that should be editable for your user. It is not necessary to select text as it will insert the text field at current selection.
b. Go to Document Workflow Builder task pane, click New and select Text Field:
c. Fill in Title of the entry
d. Fill in guided description for your user
e. Enter the Text value viewable inside the document.
Note: If the same entry should apply a different place in the document, place your cursor at the chosen location:
Click on Insert selection in the Document Workflow Builder interface.
The two fields will change with one entry:
