Multiple choice fields can be created to enable the user to insert the chosen one.
a. Place the cursor anywhere in the document where a multiple choice field must be inserted.
b. Go to the Document Workflow Builder interface and click New > Multiple Choice Field
c. Fill in Title of the entry
d. Fill in guided description for your user
e. Select default choice
f. Fill in Name of choice
g. Fill in Value of choice
h. Add choices if necessary
i. Select the value viewable in the document
