Omnidocs SSO with Azure (OpenID Connect)

Pre-requisites

Sufficient permissions in Azure/Entra:

• Global Administrator
• Cloud Application Administrator
• Application Administrator

Azure/Entra tenant information

Please provide your Azure tenant ID to Omnidocs to complete the SSO setup on the tenant.

The tenant ID can be found in the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) or you can enter your primary domain name at https://www.whatismytenantid.com.

Completing the consent flow

After you have sent the Azure Tenant ID and we have confirmed that your tenant have been configured, you can now approve the consent flow.

1. Navigate to your tenant in Omnidocs (yourcompanydomain.omnidocs.io)
2. Sign in with your administrator privileged account
3. Tick off "Consent on behalf of your organization"
4. Click "Accept"

Restrict access to the application

By default, all users are able to login to the application. If more granular control is needed on who has access to it, it can be achieved by assigning users and changing "Assignment required" to true on the newly created Enterprise Application and assign users accordingly. See screenshots.
