CorporateGrid can be used to save or e-mail a presentation in PowerPoint as PDF.

Before saving or sending the given presentation, the user is able to remove all notes from the active presentation.

CMDs

Save presentation as PDF

The following command will save the presentation as a PDF file.

Send as PDF

The command below enables to send presentation as a PDF.

Description: Send as PDF. 

Remove notes

This command will remove all speaker notes throughout the presentation with one click.
