Export stylesheet (W/P/E)

BaseExtensions can be used to export a style sheet with extra style info, built in style info and custom style info. For instance, if the user creates a new style, this can be exported and later applied as a branded style sheet without showing the document. The style will be exported as both a .dotx and a .json file.

When applying using startup style command, if the .json file exists next to the Word startup style sheet, it is used. Thus, it needs to be updated when the style sheet is updated.
