Copy style from placeholder to default shape (P)

BaseExtensions can be used to select a placeholder on the master slide in a presentation and select the level/style configuration to be the default for new text boxes.

When a style is selected to be default and the presentation is saved, new text boxes will adopt the now default style when clicking at this button.
