When working with multilevel list in Word you have different listlevels, this command lets you create buttons
that can increase of decrease that level of the currently selected paragraph. It also introduces an option to keep indentation as is, and not move it with to the new listlevel configuration.
This does not work on the first instance of the list, meaning the first paragraph with the list must be level 1.

Parameters
PromoteParagraph
Boolean. When set to true the command promotes the paragraph up one level, example from level 2 -> level 1. Set to false it demotes it down one level from level 2 to level 3. Default is true.
KeepIndentation
Boolean. Set to true keeps the current indentation when promoting or demoting the paragraph. Set to false will change to the indentation that is configured on the specifc level that it changes to. Default is false.
