The following command removes page breaks.
<Cmd case="BaseExtensions:remove-all-pagebreaks"/>
Parameter
selectionOnly
Define this parameter to be true if the command should remove all page breaks in selected range. If the parameter is set to false or omitted, it will remove all page breaks in whole document.
