CorporateCharts can be used to add notes in a chart. Use the command in conjunction to insert sub notes as well.

Parameter
font-size
Input font size, e.g. "8".
font
Input font, e.g. "Arial".
margin
Input margin, e.g. "%15.0".
alignFromLeft
Input alignment, e.g. "3".
isSub
true
This parameter will add a note to be a sub note.
