4. System prerequisites

The following conditions must be met for DynamicTemplate to be used:

• The client uses Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11.
• The client uses Microsoft Office 2016 / 2019 / 2021 / 365.
• A resolution of min. 1280x1024 is used.
• ’Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.2’ is installed.
• ‘Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime’ (min. version 10.0.50903) is installed.
• The system folders included in Setup.xml must exist for users to operate ’Online’.
• Write access to the registration database is required during installation.
• User details must be readable from a local Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
• A standard logo must exist in the root for resources, as described in section 3.1.4 Resources.
• Should the user switch to ’Offline’ mode, sufficient space will be required on the partition where synchronisation occurs. Refer to section 2.1.7.2. Offline status.
• Outbound traffic is allowed to ‘https://standardcontentrelations- api.dynamictemplate.com’ (port 443) for the Standard Content overview to be used.
• Outbound traffic is allowed to ‘https://dtstatistics-prod.dynamictemplate.com’ (port 443) for the statistics module to be used.
• Outbound traffic is allowed to ‘http (s): //portal.daniasoftware.com’ (port 80/443) and ‘https://documentbuilder.daniaapp.com’ (port 443) for DynamicTemplate Cloud to be used.
• Prerequisites for using DynamicTemplate Cloud in browser:
  • Third-party cookies must be turned on.

    • Google Chrome
