Unexpected outline level (Word only)

Modified on Mon, 5 Oct at 1:53 PM

To make sure that a document is accessible, it is necessary to follow the document structure. This is important to ensure that users can navigate through content in a logical order that is consistent with the meaning of content.

Therefore, the outline level must follow the structure and always with one level. This means, the outline level should never go from e.g. 1 to 3 and then to 2.
