TABLE OF CONTENTS
Insert images in your documents
Introduction
The Image node displays an image inside a document. It inserts a single image asset, such as a photo, illustration, logo, or scanned document, into a section.
Use the Image node when the document needs to include visual content that supports the surrounding text, such as a company logo, a product photo, a signature, or a certificate.
Add an Image node
To add an Image node, click the "+" icon in your section and select "Image".

Insertion of an image node
After adding the node, upload or select the image. The image is placed where the node was inserted.
General settings

| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Key | Inherits the name from the general settings by default. You can change it to a unique key. The system uses the key to reference the image in the data structure and in templates. |
When choosing a key:
- Use a clear and consistent naming pattern, for example "companyLogo" or "signatureImage".
- Do not use spaces or special characters. Use letters only.

Advanced settings
Using Image nodes in templates
When a document is generated, the selected image is rendered at the exact position of the node in the document, sized according to the dimension settings.
Image nodes are commonly used for:
- Company logos
- Product photos
- Signatures
- Certificates or stamps
An Image node always renders a single image.
