TABLE OF CONTENTS

Overview

The integration between SBSYS / A-sag and Omnidocs Create lets case workers generate documents with prefilled case data directly from SBSYS / A-sag.

Through Create AppFlow, data that is already stored on the case is sent to Create and inserted into the templates automatically. This reduces manual input and keeps documents consistent and accurate.

When the document is finalized, it is returned to SBSYS / A-sag right away, so the entire workflow stays in one place.

How the integration works

AppFlow is started from within SBSYS / A-sag. It opens in a popup window or a new browser tab, where the user selects a recipe, reviews the prefilled data and generates the document.

How AppFlow is started depends on the configuration in SBSYS / A-sag. The AppFlow experience itself is the same, regardless of which module or context starts it.

Configuration

Administrators can configure the following behavior for the integration:

  • EditFlow integration: Choose whether users are redirected to EditFlow right after generation. This lets them make manual edits before the document is returned to SBSYS / A-sag.

Set up the integration

Setting up the integration requires only minimal coordination with your SBSYS / A-sag supplier. Send the following values to the supplier:

  • Subdomain: Your organization's subdomain in Create.
  • Unit ID: The ID of the unit in Create that the integration connects to.
  • Integration ID: The ID of the AppFlow integration configured in Create.

When the supplier has these three values, they configure the connection in SBSYS / A-sag, and the integration is ready to use.

Generate a document with AppFlow

When a case worker starts AppFlow from SBSYS / A-sag, a popup window or a new browser tab opens with all available recipes. Each recipe is set up for a specific scenario, and the recipes are managed by your organization's Create administrators.

  1. Select a recipe. The document building step opens right away.
  2. Review the prefilled data. Data from SBSYS / A-sag is inserted into the form automatically. You can change the data before you finalize the document.
  3. Fill in any remaining fields. Fields that are not prefilled must be completed before you can continue.
  4. Select "Create". Create builds the document and returns it to SBSYS / A-sag right away.

Document generation works the same way in all systems that integrate with AppFlow, so the user experience is consistent.
