These log-files can assist us in troubleshooting.
The log location (copy/paste to File Explorer)
%localappdata%\OfficeExtensions\User\Temp
The log can be found in the Local folder in AppData. Type %localappdata% in File Explorer to access the folder easily.
The particular log for each program is located here:
...\AppData\Local\OfficeExtensions\User\Temp
The file names for the individual Office apps are: Excel.log, PowerPoint.log and Word.log
